This resource deals with the very early beginner and covers the very basics of tennis.  Using 47 video clips it covers hand eye coordination drills and basic tennis ball hitting practises that will improve your tennis in a short space of time.  This resource was developed with the primary school child in mind but equally has benefit for any beginner and also GCSE and A level students can use the resource to develop their own skills and also to analyse movement in sport.

All resources are laid out in an easy to navigate push button style.
