This resource provides a whole range of stretching & mobility exercises for the whole body. It can be used for warm ups, improving flexibility as well as teaching students a repertoire of skills encouraging them to be autonomous learners or leaders of small groups. It will also increase their understanding of why warming up is important and how to do it comprehensively and safely.

There are 91 video clips to stretch/warm up the whole body. This deals with the do’s and don’t and can help you perform simple ankle exercises all the way to achieving the splits.
