


This is aimed at improving motor skills & overall body coordination with arm & leg movements associated with running, agility and games skills. Using the 71 video clips you can be involved in developing your own core agility or use it to improve others. It was initially designed to improve running skills in primary children & to help the primary teachers who are not confident with P.E & are unsure how to go about it or cannot demonstrate the required skills. This shows how to use a simple line on the floor to improve agility & coordination along with agility ladders, hurdles and hoops. Along with the video clips, each foot pattern is set out in a diagram for quick reference & each movements is described in detail along with the common errors to look for. This is a good resource for all levels of ability whether it is a primary school or a football club.
