This resource was developed for several reasons. I have been weight training for many years & was fortunate to have been instructed very well & realised early on that it is quite a complex science. I often found myself in the gym watching others & seeing

Using the 155 video clips, this resource aims to eliminate these issues. By just clicking on the body part you want to exercise you will have access to many exercises which will work out what you want to work out. There is no overly scientific wording; you don’t even have to know the muscles name. Each exercise is demonstrated showing how it should be correctly performed, what equipment is used & explains what the correct technique should be. Also included is a section which demonstrates several different methods of training which are geared towards producing different results from your training. There are even example training programmes for you to print off & try. This is not meant for body builders. It is for men, women and young adults who wish to stay fit, healthy & gain the benefits of resistance training in a simple easy and safe manner.
